the CHANGE.....mixed Emotions!!
Things change!...Sometimes, we "feel" nostalgic... This ^ sweet Bird house has been around, quite a few years! Love the Sunflower theme. A gift...frm Marc n Stacey, it was displayed on my Porch. (It was intended as "deco", probably!!) Last couple of years....it has been a focal point in my "garden". Noticed wear n tear, a few times. Upon further inspection.....found rot frm Weather had taken it's toll! +can See separation frm bottom + all I did was lift Up !! Nesting materials still there! So. Best I can recall....8-9 times, Baby birds were born in there...!!!!{for "deco" -- guess gOOd use was made of that one!} Found this pic ~ Marc said he could build that.... OLD wood....looked barn red on porch --in Sun, it appears PURPLE.!!!! Who would have guessed?? LOL Was plain....so painted/outlined w/Yellow (to match pole) Signed in "JailBird" w/blk magic marker. I Did spray protective coating, after it was up. Hope t
