The recall on my Camaro, over a yr. old, was completed today! {replace Ignition Switch} I've been trying to complete this work, only to find roadblocks all along the way! Order not processed x2, keys not "in" -on 1st trip to get it done. Today...a service tech w/some sense, got 'er done.!! I even received the Service MANAGER's full attention this day!  When the Mgr. ck'd for this tech....he found I DID have keys there for work to be done.!!{could have been done on my 1st trip!}  AND --there were 4 (FOUR) keys, not 2!! One set was ordered in Oct. 2014...the other in this yr. Now, who would really need FOUR keys? Apparently, I learned --a tech who had taken my calls --got Fired! Was told, there are still residual problems for customers this guy 'helped". It was really an aggravating situation....being deluged by paper "reminders", time running out...blah blah blah DONE.!! Breathing easier.... The day turned into a comedy!

Shortly after I left this morning ['bout 10am], Lamar got a Surprise visit. The group of home health NURSES, who take good care of him, came to visit. {He was excited, I know ---cause, I asked if they were in Scrubs; Lamar said no, they were "dressed", and they all looked Pretty!!}   Now y'all...all these Nurses, are pretty Young thangs!!! Ya Know he enjoyed the visit, and all 'dem Huggies.  LOL They brought Christmas gifts w/them....  Back Massager ...Nice! GODIVA Chocolates....{they HIT my taste, right on!!} Truffles and stuff.... These young women are such Professionals. We've become really close to one....after 6mos. or so, you learn about them, on a more personal level. (There were several cars, Lamar said.) They were on Santa's Mission today.!!!  GOD  Bless them all.

Voila! Lamar's LIFT Chair arrived today....hopeful that it will be one tool, to make his life easier, and less painful. *note: PROUDLY  Made in America* 2 sections..assemble on site  together....  getting instructions...  ahhh....he Likes this!! 1st Lunch....in his chair !! The chair lifts him into a standing position...no physical stress/strain. Thinking this will be awesome!!
