MEANDERINGS of Margie

Simple. Washing 'bout 6, light to heavier weight, winter jackets. Throw 'em in, add sm. load HE detergent. BUT. First, I used Spray n Wash, on higher "stain" areas {collars, sleeves, inside jackets} Went to check on load ~~ Epic FAIL !! In all the years I have enjoyed my "fancy", super load Washer -- nevah saw this SOAPY  Overload on the clothes--all in that tub!  UGH. Guess it'll be a couple of EXTRA Rinses for this load!! {obviously, did not take in account for the "soapy" Spray n Wash stuff}  Dang.

Ya gotta be familiar w/this lil gal, so cute & Funny... So, Mama gets her  "real" fish....and they ARE better! Okey dokey. So, tonight, we decided on Square fish!! They are Flounder fillets, by Mrs. Paul's and they  ARE delish. Fast, easy, crunchy,  and Baked in the oven. Always buy 2 pks...we eat 'em All !! This is what package looks/reads.... Now.  There were 2 (TWO) packages....so  ya get ..?..pieces Now. When I was about to put 'em into the oven ~~usual spacing was a bit "off".   HA !  Some Quality Count controller had a hiccup!!  No bother, Dad ate it anyway!!! {guess I'm just desperate for somethin to take pics of these nasty, grey Winter days!  LOL  }

Yep. This is what the beginning of our trip looked like!! We were determined, and did proceed. This anniversary trip ~the original plan ~ was nixed! Had hoped to trip on up to Chattanooga and eat @ Bea's. (a lazy Susan, country-cookin restaurant). It's a location that is in our early married life history. Lamar found this place when he was DOT traveling. Then, after we married, it was "our" go to place quite often. The boys, Pam&Donnie and other family members had visited with us there, too. {it was a "before" when we went to Lake Winnie} It  was  CLOSED, until Jan. 7th ! ugh... Plan B --  The food was  exxxxcellent! We both enjoyed our trip ~~a lot!! The greatest, sweet Surprise ~~ Donnie & Pam came to the house for a visit on our "special day".!! We enjoyed our time w/them so very much.  LOVE  me some Donnie and Pam. It's been sprinkle-dinkling all day, but we still had a Great day. THANK you  all for the sweet wishes. Hopi...
