"Murphy" has been in my face....too long lately. Sat. {wk. ago tomorrow!} I hit a few YS. Bought a beautiful OVERsized, chair-n-a-Half. Got a real Honey of a deal! Nevah, even in a nightmare!, did I realize "Murphy"  would attack so strongly. It was an honest, sweet gesture to make Lamar more comfortable. {getting up/down out of reg. sized chair} Getting that thang Home, was a real "Murphy" rules assault! Contacted Three, different people to p/u and bring it here. "Murphy" sabatoged all of them.!! Circumstances, not in these sweet, helpful people's control....stopped the process. Last thought --call Donnie. Well. My Baby Bro, jumped in and assured me he would get it done for me. And. He DID. {I chose him last, 'cause it's an hr. away for him to help me --was trying to do it "local"} Today, promptly on time.....Austin & Avery, my 2 handsome, Strong, NEPHEWS showed up, picked up and delivered the Chair to our hous...

This thang was such FUN ~ surrounded by nostalgia, and amazing history! My Sat. was spent w/a group --BESbuds. I was contacted by Mary Jo(Page) Jeter a while back on FB. She invited me to join the group and attend the Turkey Creek Festival, Byromville, Ga. Now. Mary Jo, and several other guys and girls{beautiful people} are "kids" who attended Byromville Elementary Sch. ~~same as me!!! Now. That's a Flashback indeed! Mary Jo found this was for sale! She and Groves purchased it.....now, it sits in her back yard. Ofcourse...I had to check it out and take a ride.!! This is THE ORIGINAL merry-go-round that was a part of our Byromville Elementary playground!!! {I know, blew my mind, too!} So....I was excited to "play" on it...We all went down, sat, rode around a bit, and talked, quite some time.!! It's been a drama-filled few weeks...we've been seeing lots of activity @ the birdhouse! First ~ CHICKADEES   checked it out "for rent". Saw them come and go, for quite some time. Then, activity stopped. We have no clue ~~if babies were born and they left, or, If any babies ever happened. We were not a witness this year. {blog 7/4/2014 ^there were pics of 3 babies, leaving the nest}. Second ~TITMOUSE   became interested in the "rental". Saw them coming/going for only a few days. It was over. Third ~ Now. WREN  showed up to renew their "rental space"!! Spotted them, going in/out, removing materials already inside!! Still, they're working and still not finished, we think......  ..headed inside  ..checking outside ? ..Materials dangling!!  ..CAUGHT removing materials  ..whose out there? ..checking before flying away This lil birdhouse has brought so much Drama! The days that passed w/o Facebook and Friends....a really overwhelming torture ! We lost TV and Internet completely upon arising Sun. (12th) morning. DEAD --nada. It wasn't until Wed.{after too many calls!} I found out the truth.!! AT&T gave out no acceptable info....ref the "outage". A call to "our" tech revealed the truth....a drunk driver had hit the "station box" and destroyed it! {I had seen the damage, but knew nothing of what happened}So, EVERYthing had to be "replaced" and restored from ground up! {trucks were still "working" on it yesterday} No idea how long the reconstruction will take them.!! I tripped on down to Comcast Wed. morning, signed Up with them....had installation on Thurs. So there. Lamar has his TV, I've got my Net back.....smiles all around here. LOL People, let me assure you --with NO communication "tools", it's a very lonely place! I'm not easily depressed...but I was in that...

Today, I got to see these Majestic, beautiful horses.!! Bud is only a couple of miles from our house, so I did not want to miss this. Miss Vickie and I meandered on over there for the showing. There were 2 beautiful moments I was able to "catch"..  Dalmation - leaned over, nuzzled the driver for some Love!! He did "pet" him briefly.... This beautiful one, turned, looked right @ me !! (such sweet eyes) It was such an enjoyable experience.{Gloria Price and I had seen a couple, a long distance away -in a pasture- @ Busch Gardens in Virginia.} Today was so much more!  I've always been fascinated by the hair on the hooves...  Dalmation....picture perfect !  BOWS  in their tails! {see how "slick" they look!}  Harness was very complicated...Roses threaded in there  stretched out... Hey! it was Windy!  LOL In person, close enough to touch....A.Ma.Zing memory!

Got to get this out..... This past week has been an emotional roller coaster, physically exhausting and painful to my bod! It's been a very long time, since I've experienced a week like this one! SNOW, Ice, Freezing weather keeps me INside the house ~Strike 1. Lamar Fell in the snow, twisted his knee, and has been pretty much "down". He's getting better ~Strike 2. {when Lamar's "down", EVERYthing falls on me.} Lamar is so very much help, and does so much around here. I'm constantly thanking him for his part, it does take 2.!! ARIEL, began having Seizures. It breaks my heart....she's been so sick ~not eat, drink, potty. I've 'bout lost my mind!  Strike 3 I keep reminding myself -- I  Know that is Truth. I have prayed, called His name, and it is beginning to "let up" ~~quite a lot.  THANK you, Jesus.  I could NOT have made it thru this week --without His grace and mercy. Watched this guy, and his routine.....'bout 10min. this morning. Even @ 30degrees, gotta do that! I have observed that birds have a "routine", and if you watch, you can predict their next "move". Example is --the hundreds of grey/green Finches that have swarmed us recently. You hear them (they are very noisy!), and see them in the tippy-top of our tallest trees. Then, they drop down a ways, drop into the bushy trees, and, fall like flies, onto the ground to eat! It's a fun process to watch! Woody also has a routine.....he, for some reason, likes the green caged feeder  comes in...  sticks head in...to get seeds  head, all the way in ! even, hangs sideways!  goes to 1 of 2 trees.... crackin 'dem seeds ! on skinny tree..crackin seed back again.....seed in beak Woody is a fine specimen. I enjoyed watching him have his breakfast/lunch........
