HAPPY BIRTHDAY - Alice

So many words & descriptions are necessary it would take a 500pg. book to cover our lives together!!
Alice, you are a SISTER/Friend, 2nd mother to my boys, friend to my family, confidant, and all round "catch me when I fall" woman!
Our lives have been filled with joy, sadness, happiness, anger management issues(lol), FUN, comraderie, and so much more!
You are a beautiful woman, inside&outwardly, kind, generous, hospitable, caring, loving and always you've been there for me thru whatever comes into my life -- good or bad.
I can't imagine having lived my life without you in it. There are just too many memories to rehash! One that will always keep you in the depth of my heart is : you & Rick opening up your home to accomodate my family when Mama passed into heaven. There are NO words to ever express my feelings for that major assist in my life.
Just always know, it was so very appreciated & will never be forgotten.
I even do remember times when you worried about Gloria & me, like a "mama"!! lol  We did tax your nerves at times I know....
God did a good deed when he gave me friendship with you....You truly are a BLESSING in my life.
There are also the VIP memories of how much you put yourself out to help me when I was a struggling single mom....So many times, you were there for me....those shared moments can never be taken from me nor will they ever leave my heart!
I'm wishing you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY with this blog....it will NOT be published, because I feel it's too personal! I just wanted a better format to express to you how much I respect, admire, LOVE and appreciate you in my life.
I'm looking forward to sharing birthdays together until we both go home to Jesus....Our friendship is golden and I will always pray we can be there for each other....we make a good team.

This movie made an unexpected visit here Christmas Eve! Donnie, being the prankster he is!, and Pam decided to play a "funny" on Stacey & Marc. Some of you may know.....Stacey was able this yr. to purchase a house. We've all been so excited for them, and now their money goes NOT to rent, but into a home that will be theirs to grow the kids there. They moved into the house 'bout July. Within a couple of months.....they had to replace the air conditioning system AND dig up the septic....ugh. Now, unfortunately, there seems to be some damage to the roof. ugh. (piece of ceiling in kitchen "fell in"). It's been a tough time for repairs/replacements! #7 - 0 CELEBRATION !

My 1st birthday Parteeee! I had waited a while for this one! No adjectives seem appropriate, to convey my A.Ma.Zing day. ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. I had asked NO presents --just the PRESENCE, of my Family & Friends.....that fell thru! Gifts were ALL wonderful, cards so Sweet. {Sadly, a few out-of-town FRIENDS, weren't able to make the party. They were All on my mind & in my heart, tho.} 2 even mailed gifts!! TY to Betty & Charlene. Pam's deco was to the moon! So Beautiful, & my special SUNFLOWER theme.{Sunflower "love" began w/EVONNE --after she made me a Decoupage plate w/Sunflowers. Still hangs in my kitchen.} There were SUNFLOWERS, Everywhere! {even in the bathroom! So cute.} The cake....w/Cupcakes.... It was a ME day! Pictures w/Family

the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. Browsing pinterest boards is a fun pastime. I enjoy "following" pictures/quotes and such as far as I dare. In browsing.....I "fell into" a site. The photographer is TIMOTHY WALKER.
