TISSUE Issue!

Isn't that the sweetest, most innocent little face...HA!
This is truly my WILD child...Ariel is the only one of our 3 Pekes to have certain "quirks" that are maddening!
#1 Ariel is a virtual "floor sweeper"....she will scan the floors for any tiny morsel to chow down on! Dust bunnies(even finding them AFTER I've swept)!, crumb that fell before her, or whatever. UGH.
My beloved Vet even says his dog does the same....it's just "new" behavior to us. 
#2  Ariel is obsessed w/Kleenex! We've learned NOT to  leave any lying about for temptation! When she goes on the porch....she ALWAYS "checks" the table for loose morsels...lol  I have to take precautions to keep her Kleenex consumption to a minimum!!!! Turn the boxes over, tuck in any loose corners, "police" any area where I have used one....
This morning I had sat down at my computer....heard a  vague noise....it persisted....got up, looked around---there she was----happily chewing on a tissue!!!!! I didn't even know Ariel had gone into my room before  me! Got about 1/3 of it away from her & ran her out! Began to wonder....so, got down on my knees and checked under my bed----there it was...EVIDENCE of sneakiness...lol  Ariel had gotten 2 more tissues & "hidden"them about mid-ways of my bed...UGH. Ofcourse, I got them and threw them in the trash. BUSTED her stash...lol
Now I know....must move my tissue box HIGHER....
Ariel is a very mischevious lil girl indeed.
Ariel is "queen" and we live in her world!! haha  So, much attention has to be devoted to her protection from herself----just like a child---which she IS our baby girl.
Ariel is a true "handful" at times....but she is also our entertainment & companion! We do LUV her so much.

My 1st birthday Parteeee! I had waited a while for this one! No adjectives seem appropriate, to convey my A.Ma.Zing day. ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. I had asked NO presents --just the PRESENCE, of my Family & Friends.....that fell thru! Gifts were ALL wonderful, cards so Sweet. {Sadly, a few out-of-town FRIENDS, weren't able to make the party. They were All on my mind & in my heart, tho.} 2 even mailed gifts!! TY to Betty & Charlene. Pam's deco was to the moon! So Beautiful, & my special SUNFLOWER theme.{Sunflower "love" began w/EVONNE --after she made me a Decoupage plate w/Sunflowers. Still hangs in my kitchen.} There were SUNFLOWERS, Everywhere! {even in the bathroom! So cute.} The cake....w/Cupcakes.... It was a ME day! Pictures w/Family

LIFE Lessons .....Learning Again !!

This blog is a confession and statement of "new" learning for me. The "darkness" of an "acute" illness, and the healing from that, has been a reality check in full measure! I'm a Believer. I'm one who praises God, prays all the time, and am confident of the Love of my Father. That statement made -- I am still filled w/human nature and it's quircks! We all get "comfortable" in our everyday lives and routines. Well. Mine has been blown apart w/this "healing" process.!! It's going much more slowly than I would desire, and so much seems more difficult, and "lost" a bit. There are books written, quotes out there, and we all kinda believe --don't sweat the "small" stuff. Pfffft! It's the "small" stuff that's giving me such tough issues right now. Go figure! the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. Browsing pinterest boards is a fun pastime. I enjoy "following" pictures/quotes and such as far as I dare. In browsing.....I "fell into" a site. The photographer is TIMOTHY WALKER.
