Wanted: Sat. nite concert!!

Ahhhh, here it is bitsey-bit more than 24hrs. until Bon Jovi concert.
Truly emotions & feelings are "all over the map"!! Excited, apprehensive, in a "is this a dream?" state!
To understand, you must know--this is my FIRST Rock concert! I've been advised to get ear plugs for these tender old ears! I have enjoyed BJ's music for such a  looooong time & now to get to a live concert is amazing to me!!
Other advice: Mama get some SLEEP during the day....so I can enjoy the concert past my usual Sr. bedtime....LOL
This will also be my 1st trip to Phillips Arena -- for anything! I don't
"do" Atlanta!!! So with that in mind, am having an Escalade w/chauffeur pick us up, drop us out, and drive us home....NO traffic to deal with and no "mile" of walking to/from car....YES!!
So....all these NEW experiences happening in just one night.  If I think on it too long.....may wake up and just be a dream.
There's just no words to thank Eric for this magical occasion in my life. I already said thank you, hugged him, kissed him on the cheeks, squeezed him til it hurt----I just don't know what else....THANK YOU, Eric. 
Whew! it's gonna really happen---I get to hear "Bed of Roses" & "Wanted: Dead of Alive" being sung right before my eyes, with me in the same general area........WOW!
This concert night will be one of the very BEST --Valentine,Mother's Day,Birthday gifts I've received.
How dang LUCKY I am !!!!!!!!!!!!

My 1st birthday Parteeee! I had waited a while for this one! No adjectives seem appropriate, to convey my A.Ma.Zing day. ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. I had asked NO presents --just the PRESENCE, of my Family & Friends.....that fell thru! Gifts were ALL wonderful, cards so Sweet. {Sadly, a few out-of-town FRIENDS, weren't able to make the party. They were All on my mind & in my heart, tho.} 2 even mailed gifts!! TY to Betty & Charlene. Pam's deco was to the moon! So Beautiful, & my special SUNFLOWER theme.{Sunflower "love" began w/EVONNE --after she made me a Decoupage plate w/Sunflowers. the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. Browsing pinterest boards is a fun pastime. I enjoy "following" pictures/quotes and such as far as I dare. In browsing.....I "fell into" a site. The photographer is TIMOTHY WALKER. LIFE Lessons .....Learning Again !!

This blog is a confession and statement of "new" learning for me. The "darkness" of an "acute" illness, and the healing from that, has been a reality check in full measure! I'm a Believer. I'm one who praises God, prays all the time, and am confident of the Love of my Father. That statement made -- I am still filled w/human nature and it's quircks! We all get "comfortable" in our everyday lives and routines. Well. Mine has been blown apart w/this "healing" process.!! It's going much more slowly than I would desire, and so much seems more difficult, and "lost" a bit. There are books written, quotes out there, and we all kinda believe --don't sweat the "small" stuff. Pfffft! It's the "small" stuff that's giving me such tough issues right now. Go figure!
