GARDEN Project -- Day 3 DONE!!

Worked Sun. and Mon. on my upgrade for the garden. Was unable to quite finish.....until TODAY! Yeah, it's done & I'm really pleased w/the new "look".
Replaced, threw out and trashed old nasty stuff. Cleaned things I wanted to keep. Coats of paint for those that needed it.
The process became quite labor-intensive....sore over body doesn't really describe how TIRED I got on this project. Heck.....shoveling, raking, painting, and then placement of items was hard work....LOL
I enjoyed it. Eric did have to assist me w/the landscape timbers and he, sweetly, put up my front fencing. Plus, some of the ground "stick ins" were toooo hard for me, so he did those. Thank you, Eric.
I KNOW this new upgrade will make my future pictures look much better. (I think about  that since I began taking pictures!)  I've been wanting to do this for quite some time. Things always kept me off the project. Now....it's done, I'm pleased and I actually enjoyed the hard work! It's always nice to work and see the end product once it's done.

ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. LIFE Lessons .....Learning Again !!

This blog is a confession and statement of "new" learning for me. The "darkness" of an "acute" illness, and the healing from that, has been a reality check in full measure! I'm a Believer. I'm one who praises God, prays all the time, and am confident of the Love of my Father. That statement made -- I am still filled w/human nature and it's quircks! We all get "comfortable" in our everyday lives and routines. Well. Mine has been blown apart w/this "healing" process.!! It's going much more slowly than I would desire, and so much seems more difficult, and "lost" a bit. There are books written, quotes out there, and we all kinda believe --don't sweat the "small" stuff. Pfffft! It's the "small" stuff that's giving me such tough issues right now. Go figure!
