Blessings Daily 21

RAIN. There has been sooo much lately! 
Logic tells us rain nourishes the earth, making vital things grow.
When we're "housebound" because of the weather it also can have a more positive spin!
If inside, might as well be busy doing housekeeping chores and projects we normally IGNORE when we are on the road, chasing an adventure! So, truth is, things get done!
Parents w/kids seem to "slow down", pay attention & spend quality time together. It's a good thing.
Adults actually take time to have conversations...lol
The happiness factor of all these positive mentions----depends on how long this confinement continues! 
I got very little done today....was a laid-back, rest & relax kind of day. I didn't complete any major projects in the house today......
The point....RAIN keeps us  inside, but we still must make a choice as to how we spend that time!
I am looking forward to better weather -- so I can be OUT of the house...lol   My inner self likes to be in the road, chasing an adventure!!!!!!!

This blog is a confession and statement of "new" learning for me. The "darkness" of an "acute" illness, and the healing from that, has been a reality check in full measure! I'm a Believer. #7 - 0 CELEBRATION !

My 1st birthday Parteeee! I had waited a while for this one! No adjectives seem appropriate, to convey my A.Ma.Zing day. ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. I had asked NO presents --just the PRESENCE, of my Family & Friends.....that fell thru! Gifts were ALL wonderful, cards so Sweet. {Sadly, a few out-of-town FRIENDS, weren't able to make the party. They were All on my mind & in my heart, tho.} 2 even mailed gifts!! TY to Betty & Charlene. Pam's deco was to the moon! So Beautiful, & my special SUNFLOWER theme.{Sunflower "love" began w/EVONNE --after she made me a Decoupage plate w/Sunflowers. Still hangs in my kitchen.} There were SUNFLOWERS, Everywhere! {even in the bathroom! So cute.} The cake....w/Cupcakes.... It was a ME day! Pictures w/Family

the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. Browsing pinterest boards is a fun pastime. I enjoy "following" pictures/quotes and such as far as I dare. In browsing.....I "fell into" a site. The photographer is TIMOTHY WALKER.
