Blessings Daily 29

HUSBAND. Not too many conversations w/me are without mention of Lamar. 
God held me in limbo for 7 yrs. before he revealed Lamar to me! That waiting period was worth every moment I may have been miserable.
My husband of 31yrs. again today put a stamp on being "my hero". 
We needed a few items before our normal grocery buy @ the beginning of the month. It was my intention to go early this mornin and get it done. DUH! It was tooooo dang COLD (at least for me)  to go out. So, I just chose not to venture for the purchase.
Lamar needed to pick up a med. he needed....so he included grocery shoppin in his "run" to town.
Thank you --he IS the man! I appreciated that soooo much. 
It seems his ways of loving are unique. He puts himself out there to assist and "cover" for me on numerous occasions. It may not be the norm definition of "romance" to  some.....but  it  IS romantic to me! He loves me enough to go &  do things when I'm a little "off"kilter---which isn't tooo often, but does happen.
I know Lamar is a real, live BLESSING....I thank God for him every day. 
It was a very good day...............

    That is so VERY romantic! When they put you first and Lamar does that for you, that's sexy as all get out!!! :) Love y'all!!

My 1st birthday Parteeee! I had waited a while for this one! No adjectives seem appropriate, to convey my A.Ma.Zing day. ALL the Kudos go to Donnie&Pam -the arrangements, (held in their beautiful home), deco, food & #1 Surprise of it all.!! {TY also to the SONS, for contributing $ to the party; Ronda, Vickie & Sue --for Food they brought. I had asked NO presents --just the PRESENCE, of my Family & Friends.....that fell thru! Gifts were ALL wonderful, cards so Sweet. {Sadly, a few out-of-town FRIENDS, weren't able to make the party. They were All on my mind & in my heart, tho.} 2 even mailed gifts!! TY to Betty & Charlene. Pam's deco was to the moon! So Beautiful, & my special SUNFLOWER theme.{Sunflower "love" began w/EVONNE --after she made me a Decoupage plate w/Sunflowers. LIFE Lessons .....Learning Again !!

This blog is a confession and statement of "new" learning for me. The "darkness" of an "acute" illness, and the healing from that, has been a reality check in full measure! I'm a Believer. I'm one who praises God, prays all the time, and am confident of the Love of my Father. That statement made -- I am still filled w/human nature and it's quircks! We all get "comfortable" in our everyday lives and routines. Well. Mine has been blown apart w/this "healing" process.!! It's going much more slowly than I would desire, and so much seems more difficult, and "lost" a bit. There are books written, quotes out there, and we all kinda believe --don't sweat the "small" stuff. Pfffft! It's the "small" stuff that's giving me such tough issues right now. Go figure! the "REST OF THE STORY"......

I did soooo Love Paul Harvey. His stories were always so interesting.....and, he researched to bring a story to an often unknown ending. The "rest of the story" always let ya know.....the circle was closed on that topic for him. In that fashion....I wanted to do this blog. I love photography. I'm quite a happy amateur! Now, with Pinterest I get to see unlimited talent. This picture was one that "drew me in"....After I pinned it.....there were like 30+ other people who loved it too! This picture received the most pins on my boards. Just look at it....Never did try to track down the photographer. Only went as far as where the pin originated. Browsing pinterest boards is a fun pastime. I enjoy "following" pictures/quotes and such as far as I dare. In browsing.....I "fell into" a site. The photographer is TIMOTHY WALKER.
